Meet Chef Avi
In 2010, Chef Avi launched "Avics Kitchen" in Manila, Philippines, offering a unique blend of gourmet delicacies, including pâtés, terrines, tapenades, smoked sausages, and meats, distributed through local and city-wide affiliates. Before this venture, Chef Avi, alongside her partner Francois Pelaez, a Michelin-starred chef, honed her skills globally with brands like Four Seasons and St. Regis, living in diverse locales from New Delhi to the Bahamas. They eventually opened a restaurant in the south of France, "A L'Ombre des Muriers," beloved by attendees of prestigious events like the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix, catering to a clientele ranging from movie stars to fashion models. Chef Avi also showcased her culinary talents as a Sous Chef at the Radisson Blu hotel in Cannes.
